Nic Bittle

Throughout his career, Nic Bittle has been known not just as a storyteller but as a guide for those seeking to elevate their communication and performance in the workplace. As a professional speaker, author, and host of the Nic Bittle Life & Leadership podcast, co-hosted with his spouse, Tarina Bittle, Nic has dedicated his life to helping others reach their full potential. Nic, Tarina, and their two children live in the close- knit community of Corn, Oklahoma — a small town in the heart of America that they proudly call home. 

Nic’s journey is deeply rooted in Christian education. His parents, Larry and Teresa Bittle, felt a strong calling to provide a Christian learning environment for their children, which led them to establish Victory Christian School in western Oklahoma. Nic and his siblings were among the first students to attend, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to faith-based education. After their early years at Victory Christian School, Nic and his siblings continued their education at Corn Bible Academy (CBA), a Christian school with a rich history dating back to 1902. 

It was at CBA that Nic met his future wife, Tarina Nikkel. Tarina’s connection to the school runs deep, as she became the fourth generation in her family to graduate from CBA. She followed in the footsteps of her great-grandfather, Cornelius Bergman, who was the school’s first graduate in 1906. Nic and Tarina’s children, Elle and Cruze, will be the fifth generation to carry on this tradition at Corn Bible Academy. 

Nic’s passion for helping others extends beyond the workplace. In Life Ready, he brings the same principles and virtues that have shaped his career to the next generation, guiding students toward a future filled with purpose and success. His hope is that the wisdom shared in this book will not only prepare students for the challenges ahead but also inspire them to lead lives that are both meaningful and fulfilling.
